Much better than ordinary traditional vacuum pumps. Distributed pressure. Great pump and feel. Very safe.
Haven't used it yet... but seems like construction is good, I would prefer that the charging method to be of a standard type. We all have too mane "one-off: charging cables.

Got back into PE recently. Bathmate has always been my go to. It helps with both erection quality and fast gains, all though temporary at first. I decided to go with the extreme this time. I have ED issues from an anxiety/performance perspective and have been trying different ways to help resolve it. I truly do believe that the HydroXtreme has increased my overall confidence as it has increased my size, which i turn has helped with the ED issues. I've already had to upgrade to a bigger size pump!
